A lot of crypto projects are solutions looking for problems, or clones of other crypto projects that capitalize on hype to grow in unsustainable bursts.
I find a lot of projects are stuck in the top left matrix and a lot of nonprofits are stuck in the bottom right.
When I first started working full time in crypto in 2018, I thought I was in the top right corner, but over time realized I was in the left quadrants (sometimes upper left, but other times the lower left). I want to find high-leverage opportunities that get me into the top right.
